About me
Konrad has spent three decades building things that actually end up in people's hands. He co-founded Zound Industries, now part of the Marshall Group and a unicorn as of 2025, and has left his mark on several other hardware ventures along the way. He was an early investor in Wellstreet before joining as General Partner, a detail that probably says more about his conviction than any biography could.
He has been honoured with the Royal Patriotic Society's highest award for his contributions to entrepreneurship. His origin story starts on the Swedish west coast, where he ran a surf shop in Grebbestad as a teenager after moving to New Zealand at 16 with dreams of becoming a professional windsurfer, and discovering he was considerably better at business. Some pivots pay off.
