There is currently no real market leader when it comes to managing the home transaction process, or activating a passive property market (83% of Habity users, although not looking to sell, are open to an offer). In Sweden, 20% of buying transactions happen outside of the leading site for housing viewing and transactions. Wellstreet has large experience in e-commerce and user experience. Wellstreet’s tech capabilities co-built V.1 of the Habity application.
