It was impressive to hear a person talk about a business he does not know at all and still is able to say so many good things. Greg gave us confidence to try a few new things.
Google Launchpad is a great format for ensuring continuous insights, inspiration and food for thought on the growth journey. The recurring opportunity to focus on different aspects of a growing business under the guidance of experienced mentors and together with other founders is very valuable.
The Google for Startups days have been highly useful for us and the different types of sessions has made it relevant across our organisation with team members from different levels and functions participating. I personally especially enjoyed the assigned mentorship sessions.
I believe the Google Sales Academy training was one of the best group sessions we have had. Previous to this the best sessions have been the 1-on-1s. Sales process is very interesting and also complex and less intuitive from my background. I believe it was really great!
Guests: we offer “Guest Passes” with the aim of inviting and giving back to the startup community. We also use these to validate deal flow and make it an opportunity to demonstrate our proactive approach.
Support: we also leverage the partnership to support key strategic events and initiatives, such as the opening of our Hub in Gothenburg or when we curated a Launchpad Event for underrepresented founders through our partner initiative Shift.

The open day was a unique experience when we shared what our partnership with has to offer to our community. Leaders from both Wellstreet and Google presented the plans for the program and Lead Mentors from Google's European pool and from our network gave us a taste of the startups access.
